Rubbing eye on branch!!!!

Please help. Does anyone know what it means when a Cham is rubbing their eyes on a branch.... Thanks!!!

I've send my Cham do it a few times and I immediately freak out because I don't want him to scratch his eye. I try to mist him with warm water when he does it, just enough so he rolls his eyes a few times to clean it out.

Its the creepiest thing when they buldge/bubble their eye to clean it !!! I freaked at first when I saw it but its natural to them. My cham did it once because a small piece of a shed was left over. The tiniest piece of skin ever caused him grief
