Well that was a battle. Tried and tried but so scared of causing damage. No way could I even roll his lip, never mind get his jaw open.
So then tried sneaky tactics and gave a super. Just managed to get the meds in as he was finishing it.
1st dose done, repeat battle in 2 days lol.

I had the same problem with larry he locked his jaw and didn’t want to take meds. So I started to trick him by injection the medicine in his feeders. Stupid chameleon lol

I was gonna do that but the needles I have are too big for the tiny insulin syringe with the dosage on.
I thought kids were a pain in the ass for meds but chams have them wooped.

I asked my vet for a syringe and they gave it to me no problem when I explained I was planing on injecting the meds into feeders since he was being a butt about it
