schefflera plant repotting question

if anyone knows a bit about plants can you please shed light on this for me.
do you think i should repot my schefflera into the big pot to the right of it?
as you can see the one it's in is kinda small for it's size. just wondering if the roots have enough room in it's current pot. pic is below, thanks in advance for any help.

That's a nice, full looking shefflera. It probably won't mind the upgrade.
