Scratching

my almost adult male veiled chameleon has been scratching his foot a lot. He moves his foot back and forth and lately he has been scratching his face and his neck. Is this ok because idk if i should worry about it or not.

Hmmmm... What sort of plants do you have in his enclosure? And if you used wood or branches from trees/shrubs outside for perches, what plants did they come from?

I use petrified wood. Draceana, 2 bamboo
Idk what the wood is from but there isn’t anything else from iutside

Hopefully someone else will pop on this thread with some thoughts. It is worth noting though that the Dracaena is known to be toxic to dogs and cats, this is more of an "if ingested" deal, but I do hear that Veild's love trying to munch things. He still being itchy/scratchy? Does his skin appear irritated at all?
