Ok turns out I knew what those were, just didn't know the names! I have all this but the corrugated roofing material 
I was wondering how having the screen permanent on the bottom would work out for cleaning. My outdoor cages will be permant screen. I just can not do the I door cages this way, due to cleaning them everyday. Outdoor won't be a problem I can just spray with hose like you suggested thank you for taking the time to type all that out, and for providing links for examples! Precisely why I love this site so much!
