Selling to Canada?

I was wondering if there are any people who sell US to Canada?
I don't know much about Cites but I would love to know if it would be at all possible? If it has to be a larger amount what would be the quantity?

US permits will cost hundreds of dollars. There are many permits US Fish and Wildlife will demand and each carries a cost.
