Sera Terra UV - UVB question

Today I received an unexpected gift from my mom. She was ordering things online for her dogs and found this brand of UV light and bought one for me since it was cheap. Myself I always go for the safe card and buy the easy exo terra 10.0 light instead so I haven't really looked into other brands. Noob as I am I can't seem to find info about how much UVB it offers other than "4%" which tells me nothing. So I wonder if anybody have any understandable info about this tube in comparison the the Exo terra 10.0.

I have the 25W one which is the same amount of watt as the exo terra

At 4% it's going to provide very little UVB

An exoterra 10.0 is similar to a 12% arcadia bulb and the 5.0 is similar to the 6%.

So at 4% you're not going to get much uvb and it's not going to penetrate but a few inches into the cage. Even the stronger bulbs don't penetrate terribly far as a lot is filtered out because of the screen
