Thanks very much for the comments everyone!!

What plant is in the middle cage???

The plant in the middle cage here is a schefellera (umbrella plant). Super easy to deal with and keep and they grow super fast in the right light !

Which kinds of lights do you have for the umbrella plant? ;) I'm jealous!

Nice setups.

Above that cage I'm using a t5HO double fixture.. They grow in very thick and bushy with lots of lighting like that.. But thanks very much I appreciate it !

how do you clean your feeder bins? My father is going to start ordering crickets by the 500 every month but would want to clean the bins every week so the rooms dont smell, he is thinking of have 2 so he just transfers the crickets to the other bin to clean the one they were just in. So how would you transfer the crickets without having them going all over the place or getting their poop into the clean bin? I have a small cricket holder for my cham that i clean weekly once i feed all the crickets off ( only holds about 25-30 large crickets so its easy to go through them in a week haha)

I don't keep crickets anymore, but what I used to do was get another big bin and pick the egg crates out and shake them off into the other bin. If you do that carefully and put the other bin right next to each other you don't get that many escapees and they are easy to catch. Honestly, I think peoples issues with cricket deaths and smelly keeps from keeping them wrong. Once I got the hang of it I had barely any smell or die off. Keep them warmer, obviously, but cut basically the entire top out of the bin so it stays a little drier.. most people take the idea of humidity way too far, and do crazy stuff like misting their crickets and other things like that. Food and water crystals provide enough humidity without promoting bacterial growth.
