sex of baby ambilobe panther chameleon, 3 months old

I bought him from a breeder in my area and was promised that his sex was male. i paid extra for a male as well. or is he to young to identify sex. i believe there is a slight semi-penal bulge myself but think i need a second opinion. the breeder assured me that i would be reimbursed if it was not a male.
