Shaking/twitching?

I know what the automatic thing everybody is going to think MBD. But my issue is this. I have observed my female sub-adult veiled shaking as of lateley but only when i mist her directly or when mist directly hits her. it's sort of a flinch and i thought maybe cause the water was a shock to her at first you know. The water is not extremeley cold but could it be the water causing her to flinch/shake/twitch. It's mostly her head that will jerk up a little bit or to the side but i only see it when misting. I am calling the vet. today to schedule a checkup as her lip has some bump on it that i'm worried about that i need to get checked anyways and was going to see if they could give some knowledge to me but have any of you all experienced this. Ive witnessed my chameleon doing kind of a full body twitch when he first gets hit by the mist, ive always just thought it was the shock of getting hit by the mist. Since he has done it forever and ive noticed it with other chameleons ive raised as well.

I would definitely get the bump checked though
