Got my hatching medium ready. I’m expecting eggs tomorrow evening, possibly. Maybe even day after tomorrow.

She’s still in the hole... she muuuust be down at the bottom of the pot now lol.

Mine dug down 11 inches and layed them on the bottom I couldn't beleive it....in nature the babies would have to dig out... hard to beleive!!

Honestly.. ive never thought about that wth!! Must be a challenge to dig out... WOW MIND BLOWN.

All healthy eggos! Checked in her this morning hole was covered. Went on an egg hunt ... dug out 25 pearly white eggs! All seem healthy! Cheers to her first clutch!

I wonder if they could/would actually dig that deep in the wild? They do with us as we give them what we hope is the perfect digging medium. They tend to lay at the sides or next to a plant pot so maybe they go down until until they hit something solid. We could be making it harder work for them.

That’s crazy to think about.... she dug all the way to the bottom up on the side of the pot. I’ve been misting her and gave a drop of calcium, she’s doing really good!
