Hey everyone. Wanted to thank everyone for all the help yesterday and last night. We are looking for a proper vet that will help us and Rango out. Not sure what to do for her name as we obviously have a more masculine name for her at the moment. We changed her light and moved it so she has more of a basking spot and the temp has gone down to around 80. We also are not using the red light at night like everyone said and she slept great last night. Trying to hydrate her as much as possible.

Glad to hear you're making changes! Keep up the good work and continue to do your research! You can never know enough about these animals.
Chameleons are truly a blessing. <3

You need to get everything sorted out quickly because they can go down hill and die suddenly if you don't.

You need to fix her health issues very quickly.

We did just get a new dripper but wasn’t someone sayin that it shouldn’t be dropping onto fake plants?

Although it's important to fix any husbandry hints it's even more important at this moment to deal with the MBD and the egg situation before she declines to the point of no return....

As for the dripper dripping on fake plants IMHO a veiled chameleon shouldn't have fake plants because they munch on vegetation...especially female veileds in captivity....and they could become impacted.
