How long should I wait before I remove the bin? Is there anything special I should do to help her regain strength and feel better?

Wait until she goes back up into the branches and then you can dig them up.

Feed her and water her well for a couple of days...then go back to her regular diet.
Please post how many eggs she laid.

Well I dug up her eggs today and there is a total of 40! I took pictures but haven't took them off my camera today

Heres the pictures!

I leave a container in all the time so that I don't miss the sometimes subtle indications that the female needs to lay eggs.
Not doing so risks eggbinding.

I rather not leave it in there and just wait cause I have a fear with her poo falling it in and crickets there could chance some type of fungi or something.

How big is she, and how big are the crickets. Thats a pretty big clutch, might want to cut down the feeding a bit, just so she is healthy and so are the babies when you breed her.

At that time she was getting 4 crickets ever other day. Now she is getting 2 crickets every other day and a horn or super on the weekend. Introducing her to Dubia's this weekend.
