Hello fellow chamm lovers!! So i got some new furniture in my room nd rearranged things, and moved my chamms cage by the window where she gets a nice breeze occasionally but most important sunlight (not directly) but i noticed that she loves the view.. Shes been hanging on the screen closest to the window, trying to digg into the top corners.. Lol shes been super excited to the point she fell off once.. Lol is this natural behavior or is my chamm just krazy?

just krazy. lol jk It seems natural to me. Just be careful she doesn't actually fall. If she likes the view so much, if you have a nice spot for her maybe take her outside once in a while when the weather is right, so that she can get some natural sunlight and see the real thing, rather from the inside looking out the window. If you don't have a good plant or tree outside, then maybe get a plant appropriate for her and keep it outside. Just make sure when she's out she either cannot go out into the wilderness (lolz) on her own, or that she has supervision.

See if you can make a nice convienient perch by the window for her.
My guyz love to sit and stare out the window for hours!

I have vines running from the free range going to each window so they can perch and chill :)

I do take her out at least twice a week nd when its time to go inside she decides to play hide nd seek.. Lol shes quite a character.. And i do have vines nd branches which are directly by the window where she could just stare out the window..

Mine love looking out the window as well! Right now I moved everyone into outdoor cages to spend the summer and I'm on on the 4th floor (top of my building), so from where they are on the terrace they are just at or above tree-top level, so they seem to like the view. We have large green iguanas, squirrels, and monk parakeets that perch on the tops of the trees a few yards from the terrace and I catch the chameleons watching them curiously.

And when they're inside they're in a sort of green-house room that is 70% windows, so I will also catch all of them on whatever branch is closes to the windows (they free-range) looking out over the trees.

Im currently planning on building an outside cage since the summers here in california can be very hott at times and im gone most of the day at work and what not.. But these little creatures are amazing to watch..

I read this and re-arranged things too, I moved Polly's enclosure near a window and now she also sits and looks out the window all the time now.

I set up a few perches and a small ficus near my window to let Lola have daily free range time, but whenever the window is open my girl has a habit of leaving her perch to cling to the window screen. I'm always worried she'll fall so I will move her back to her perch, only to find her back on the screen a few minutes later.

Id love to let Polly free range but Im afraid my dog or chat would have a field day with her, I hope to buy a Fichus Tree tomorrow so I can take her outside
