She thinks my hand is a treat

I discovered that my hand is a treat to my cham. She tries to shoot her tongue at it. Very curious! Has this happened to anyone? My cham is such an odd one. I put one finger out to her and she tried to aim her tongue at it before I quickly took my hand away. I fed her some roaches because I thought she might be hungry, but maybe she just thinks my finger is a nice worm.

Ha! Yes! My ambilobe does this. And when I first started his eye meds, he would think the q tip was bringing food and would target it. I felt so bad that he was expecting a worm and instead got eye meds, lol.

Yes stuff like this happened to me with my old female veiled Cham who sadly passed away a few months ago. My mom actually decided she would HOLD a lizard for once and she tried to eat her earring. You have no idea how much she was disgusted about how she almost got a long, slimy tounge in her ear
