Shed Problems

So my panther is roughly 7-8 months old. I have had him since 4 months old. My question is as follows. He has not shed since April and I am beginning to get a bit worried. He is in an enclosure that is too small for him and so I will be moving him to his 2x2x4 cage tomorrow. I have read that some people have had the same issue and as soon as they moved their cham to the bigger enclosure they shed. Has anyone herd of this before? And should I be worried? My humidity levels stay above 50% with 4, 3 minute mistings a day. Anytime the humidity gets low I turn on a humidified for him as well.

Chams grow in spurts that probably trigger sheds in turn. He may be between growth spurts, but his growth rate is also slowing down at this age too. I suspect that shedding right after a move to a new cage is more related to a increase in activity that goes hand in hand with a little metabolic stress, change in appetite which also affects growth, or it is coincidence.
