Shedding aids

My little cham Wilson is shedding for the first time!

Has anyone here found any shedding aids to be helpful? Or are they just another thing petsmart is trying to get me to waste money on??

humidity is the key factor to help your chameleon to shed easier.
So, extra misting will be a good way. Cheap and simple.
On top of it, it works!

Higher humidity helps when you see their skin begin to get pale and ready to shed.

Like the others say, moisture! - They're not as at risk of losing toes as some geckos are, and can generally complete a shed without any real problem if they've got enough moisture/humidity - I mist mine more frequently when he's shedding, and that's all.

Ditto! Plain old water/humidity. Save the money!
