Shedding behaviour?

I've had Leo for 5 days and everything has been perfect. Every morning I put in 10-15 crickets and by lights out they are mostly all gone. While at work my wife sent me pictures of him shedding and everything went smoothly but he hasn't eaten any crickets today. Another strange thing is Leo is basking on the screen at the very top of the cage directly under the light. Now its a 6500 house bulb so it doesn't pump the heat out but it's still pretty warm. My wife turned it off to be safe. Leo climbs down then an hour later she turns it back on and he goes right to the top so she has left it off. The temps and the humidity are also fine. Is this typical behaviour for a 3 month old first shed or any shed in general. The apatite makes sense but what about the heat? Thanks!

The not eating is normal i wouldn't panic too much, keep his lights on if its too hot he would move away.

Everything sounds normal :)

Thanks! Being a new cham owner I am just trying to learn as much as possible. Not necessarily panicking but certainly paying attention!
