ok, my baby panther died due to too much UV... He would keep his eyes closed like yours is doing. I would maybe try and raise the light a little if she sits right under it a lot. You could even try keeping it off for a day or two and see if she keeps her eyes open more.
You could try positioning the Reptisun 5.0 18" tube in the 6"-12" range from you chameleon's access. That should be fine. The tube that has been implicated in chameleon deaths is the Zilla T50 (T25 could be the same issue). The COMPACT 10.0 Reptisun has been implicated in eye trouble situations (temporoary snow blindness).
ok right now the uvb is laying on top of the cage. Its about 6 inches from where the cham usually sits. I will prop it up a little more to see if it helps.
