Hello! I walked into the room where Marco’s cage is and she’s shedding all of her skin, is this normal?

Very normal. Reptiles don't shed their skin a few cells at a time like mammals but shed in sheets instead. A rapidly growing young chameleon will almost explode into shedding. Older animals tend to just shed in areas, like feet, head or tail each time.
