shedding

Veiled are notorious for taking a very long time to shed.
Babies and juveniles can complete a full shed in a day or a day and a half.
Adults on the other hand can shed nonstop for months.
I have moved my adult male Veiled outside for the past couple of weeks.
He completed a full body shed in two weeks.
It started on the top of his back.
Then, his tail started and finished in two days.
Now his face and head is starting.
Male Veileds will also go through "head sheds".
This is where there head is the only part of the body that will shed.

Try to stay away from using the ShedAid crap when they do start to shed and it takes a long time.
Increased humidity, showers, and vitamin A(in minimal dosage) will help complete a shed.

I wouldnt worry!:)
-Good Luck
