Shedding?

How often does this happen? My Cham is maybe not quite 2 months yet and she is shedding today for the first time. Is this normal? Is there anything I need to do?

I am a noob, so thanks for any help.

Mine is 5.5 months old and this is how he has progressed so far(I was going to weigh him today, but decided to wait until tomorrow, like usual):

Some people recommend extra misting as the moisture can help, but other than that, let him do his thing.
