Shedding

My male Veiled chameleon started shedding yesterday and he is still in the process. I noticed he is not very active or hungry. I'm guessing this is normal? He is around 4 months and I have had him for 3 weeks! I was reading that frequent misting helps too. Anything else I need to know?

that is completely normal. I would keep doing what ur doing with the frequent misting.

I've never found shedding slows them down one bit. The first picture was taken only a few seconds after the second picture. Once the shed was off her eyes and she could see, she went after her breakfast and ate a big piece of shed along with the cricket.
