Shedding?

Does this mean my vieled chameleon is shedding? He's usually bright green.

Yayyy Should I be directly misting him or just misting his cage a lot more?

maintain the proper humidity in the Viv by misting. I also mist my guy a bit to help make the shedding easier. I have a mist king that does most of the work for me. auto misters are the way to go.

Will they avoid basking? Because he isn't basking at all he's just under neath a log..

possibly. if there's not enough humidity/moisture he may just be trying to thermo regulate and get to a cooler spot. maintain the proper basking temp and humidity and he should be fine. sometimes shedding can effect appetite just a little too

I have recently bought a baby veiled chameleon from my local pet store and on his second day of owning him he started shed it has been four days now and he still has a piece of shed stuck on his head. Will this cause harm to him, or is it fine? I have been keeping the humidity up for him as well
