She's Here!

Yeah I'm sure he'd love that too but I have mixed emotions, as he is quite the roamer, and would be affraid that if I kept my eye off him for too long that he would get into some trouble :p

Cute story about you and your girl :). I had actually never heard the story before.

Lol neither of my chameleons seem remotely interested in leaving their cages, I hope to change that when the weather warms up. Unfortunately, it could be another couple of months before it's cham weather here. I do believe that If I let Geordi out of my sight he would run away just to spite me.

She's a sweetheart I think, just gotta get over the initial shock of getting her, I went to the petstore every couple of days for about a month and ogled her before I picked her up. When I took her out of her cage at the pet store to help the lady working there she had no problem with that until I tried to get her in the box, forgiveness is the next step.

I love her colors and have a little male that will be quite the looker when he grows up but unfortunately she was said to be infertile by her breeder. That being said she's young to actually have mated and know for sure whether or not she's actually a dud.

Haha, Hawk always seems like he wants out. He even scratches at the door with one of his paws lol. And yeah, I get the feeling that Hawk would run away for the same reason.

Fingers crossed that she isn't infertile :)

Lol these chams need an attitude adjustment. You got hawk from FLChams right? I think I remember trying to help find out who his daddy was. :p Do you have any pics of Hawk when he was a little guy? Like 4-5 months-ish? I'm trying to get a reference of what Geordi will look like grown up but he wont shed or put on anything but browns and greens, though his spikes are orange-ish.

Promised my landlord that I wouldn't start a cham operation out of his basement (damn promises). He already doesn't know about my cricket colony or my waxworm moth jar, better not push it. :p

Yes Hawk came from FL Chams. And yeah I just found the thread where we was talking about who his daddy was(you said maybe Anderson, and then we both submitted a post at the same exact time exclaiming that it is most likely Dempsy using the same exact examples ). I have only one pic of Hawk when he was younger, probably in the 3-5 month range, on my phone. I'll try to post it real quick at the end of this message.

Haha, if he just walks in one day you are so busted!! lol

Ok going to try to post a pic of baby Hawk, wish me luck...

Well it worked but, yikes!!! Not a great pic to begin with and it only worsened when it was blown up. Well you kinda get the idea that he was normally a very neon green color as a baby.

Maybe this pic will be a bit better...

EDIT-Ehhh...not much better but a little less blury lol.

Whoa! thanks! he looks just like little Geordi does, good! I love your boy Hawk and I've been hoping that he turns out like hawk did! thats awesome. Now thinking about it, It would be shameful to not breed them or at least try... with both of their colors it would be amazing!

And as far as the landlord thing he was in here checking out the chams today (he loves them) and my crix started chriping away. I was like great, here we go.

Hahaha, "shut up you stupid crickets shut up" lol.

And yeah I got big plans for my boy Hawk. Most likely I will be pairing him up with a girl from camimom's Kink :D. Can you just imagine the possibilities with those two male's genes being thrown onto a baby male!? I don't see anything less than grade A Veiled babies lol.
