Should I be worried about MBD

I have a male veiled chameleon he is about 6 months old and when we got him he had a small bend in his casque he still has it. Should I be worried about MBD

If you are giving calcium and providing UVB lighting, he should be fine. If he had the start of MBD with the bent casque you will have prevented it from getting worse by providing the calcium and UVB. Are his legs straight? In very rare cases, chameleons still get MBD even with the proper care. I think I have seen about 2 cases on here like this. I don't know what the reason was, maybe something genetic where the chameleon could not process d3,
