should I be worried

The only reason I am not rushing you to a vet is because he honestly doesn't look emaciated or dehydrated or anything. So he may just be relatively small like you say and his regular weight may be closer to 120 grams or something on a regular day.

I will keep an eye on his weight right now he is rubbing shed off his feet and he ate a cricket he also likes watermelon but I only give him a piece about half size of a cricket every one in a while as a treat on a Friday

I am getting some bsfl on Tues I am going to try and get them to Flys

He has be tucking him self in to bed around 430 his lights come on at 6 am and go off at 6 pm could he be doing this because of the time change

It's very likely, also as they get more used to their light schedule which usually takes at least 6 months in my opinion, they can easily go to bed an hour early.

Yay for eating habits returning to normal. Lol I swear they can tell when we worry and then it stresses them.

It depends on the orchid in my opinion. Since veileds like pretty colors and eating them, lol, I would research as much as possible on the toxic qualities on the specific orchid type you are using. Orchids are extremely different for each subtype from what I understand. You might want to ask @Extensionofgreen though.
