Should I feed my cham this?

Im ordering some more circkets for my little guy tomorrow and I wasd wondering if I should throw in some superworms. My only concern I have is them being too big. I was hoping you guys could help me by answering if he would be able to swallow them.

He is only about 3" big

I think supers would be too big unless they were small like meal worms I would try wax worms, or black solider fly larva for her right now

The supers that i wuld be buying are 3/4" so ill wait until he gets bigger

Black solder fly larva are great for babies. But as long as they are not bigger than the space between their eyes. A little bit bigger is okay but you don't want them choking
