I have a male and a female Panther Chameleon...I have had my female for 1 year and a half..My male is about 4 months old I have had mim since he was a tiny little guy...I want to breed them but my male is very aggressive he won't let you come near him without trying to bite been that way since I bought him...My female is very sweet loves to be held loves her head being rubbed...I am worried what if I introduce them and he trys to kill her?

just because he doesn't like you does not mean he is not going to like the female. I mean he will be getting sex from her!! think about it.!!:D How old will the male be when you plan to breed them?

Soon I think he's sexually mature

I don't think the male is quite old enough yet. If/when you decide to mate them...I would hold the female outside the male's cage and watch the reactions. If the female does not hiss, gape, sway back and forth, take on dark body colors, lunge attention male, etc but remains calm and maybe walks slowly away from the male she is likely receptive. If the male bobs does not hold his hand up near his chin, does not hiss, etc then you can try to put the female in with him...but I would continue to watch them for a while to make sure things are going well. If they are both receptive to each other you can leave the female in with the male until she takes on her dark brownish/bright orangey marked coloration or starts to reject him.

Oh btw he loves me compared to my husband... he truly hates him...why is he so mean do you think it was a bad environment where I purchased him?

Some (most) chams just prefer not to be bothered by people. There are social chams, but in general, they don't like to be held.

It depends. A large male might become sexually mature at a younger age (lancechams' males come to mind! They are huge!) In general, 6 months is around the time males become sexually mature. That said, even if it is able to impregnate a female, it may not show any interest in mating until it is older. Some males are ready to go at young ages, others wont really try or get upset/scared until they are much older. Some adult males dont even do it when introduced to a female (they often need some encouragement/time to figure it out. Showing another male to the breeder male will often make him want to mate.)
