Shower curtains safe?

i bought some nice shower curtains to put on the walls around my free range for misting. They have that plasticish smell to them and i think they have some sort of antimold gloss on them. Is this something to worry about with my cham? I know a lot of people use shower curtains. Just wanted to see what you guys thought, i couldn't find anything about it in the search engine.

I would assume that they're safe as long as your cham isn't trying to eat it, but I'm no expert.

If the packaging says they have anti-mold treatment DO NOT USE IT! The fungicide is a poison. If any of your feeder insects chew on the vinyl it will kill them and could poison your cham.

Vinyl or plastic shower curtains that are not treated are fine. I just let them hang for a few days until the stink dissipates.

Ahhh i threw away the package, but i thought i remembered seeing mold resistant and that it was possibly treaed. Not sure though. Is that a common thing, if so how can i make sure one is not treated?

Most say mold or mildew resistant and are 1 or 2 dollars more. Just look for the cheap ones that don't say that.
