Shower method rocks! Also, I GET TO KEEP HIM

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to compromise for a little while longer so that I would not have to get rid of my scaley prehistoric friend, pretty stoked about that. Wanna day that after his new enclosure was done, after teaching my parents proper big care and chameleon feeding as well as what to look for in signs of health, And a few weeks of minor visits from his human friends (aka when I’m gone) i must say he’s doing very well! He has had a shedding problem since the last time he shed, it comes off very slowly even though I have a mistking that sprays a total of 17 minutes throughout the day, and humidity levels perfect. So I decided to try the shower trick. First time, was a disaster. He absolutely hated it. But, after a few more tries, when he goes in he doesn’t want to come out. Which is kick ass, I watch him drink clean his eyes plus he turns extremely relaxed green and hangs out while the warm water hits him. It’s a chameleon spa. Stayed in there tonight for 20 minutes! It’s helping with his skin and chilling him out. Boom

He’s been eating ferociously, urates are a tad on the smaller side but as white as can be, He’s also enjoying coming out and getting on my parents enormous ivy that is in the window, he’s settling down and I love the fact that he is healthy and getting happier as each day goes by all while knowing he gets to stay with me. Super stoked. Here’s some pics

Also, if your Cham every snaps at you try rubbing its chin. Found out KP loves that and doesn’t snap hardly at all after I have him or and do that, thanks @Sampson87

Here’s a comparison, KP has been rather dark lately. Staying consistantly dark brown with dark greens everyday like these colors in the first pictures, ever since the move esspecially. So He was that darkish brown color before the shower. But this is what he looked like after, This is how I remember my little Dino, love seeing this color. Directly after the shower, to prove it works! You can see most of his skin trying to come off as well
