Sick Chameleon! Help!!

Hey everyone! This morning my panther chameleon (approximately 3-4 months old) had a fall. He only feel a few feet, and I was able to pick him up immediately. He was all black and completely limp in my hands. He quickly gained mobility in his lower half of his body, but his upper limbs seemed as if they were completely paralyzed. I've been caring for him all morning, and he hasn't eaten, pooped, or drank anything--he did have a very large meal this morning before he fell, though. He has gained intermittent mobility in his front limbs. His is lethargic, but his eyes are open, just very sunken from what I'm guessing is dehydration. The mobility in his front limbs is irregular, almost like he doesn't quite know how to use his limbs.

The humidity and temperature are both where they should be, and his crickets are fed correctly and powdered before being fed to the chameleon.

I just brought him home from the Vivarium yesterday, and I am worried about the condition I may have brought him home in. The crickets did not look as if they were powdered, and I suspect that they sold me a female when I asked for a male. I'm wondering if his legs are broken, or if he has Metabolic Bone Disease. I would think that a chameleon's legs wouldn't break from a small fall without an underlying cause, such as MBD.

Any insight out there??

Below are some pictures, and the first is a video of him...if you click on it you can see how he's currently moving.

Great news! Gizmo is ok!! I came back from work today and he was all better. Active, alert, and front limbs fully functional. My sister had also let me know that she saw Gizmo eating and drinking. Drinking a lot! My guess is that along with the shock of the fall, there was just a lot of stress that came with moving into a new enclosure and it needed time to adjust to everything from the size of the enclosure to the schedule of the automatic misting sessions and so on. That's a lot to take in. I will continue to observe Gizmo during this adjustment times and update on the situation. Thank you for all the advice though.
