silk worms/access to mulberry trees...

nope never made my own =p just the ones ive gotten in chow cups... all of them has just not been the best of the best. I find its cleaner just sticking with the leaves.

I shoved a bunch into some freezer bags and froze it as an experiment. looked much like frozen spinach when thawed... very wet and gross... experiment failed. :(

well, I accidentally had the veggie crisper too cold and it froze some leaves. and I second that freezing leaves DO NOT WORK!!

I read it from someone it does.. but nope!

a little drier would be better. For those that say that their chow is better than the other, just makes me wonder if they put preservatives in it..it will preserve better for 2 weeks, like a fridge does...if so, your chams are eating preservatives too??

all depends on where you live.. humid or arid.. it definitely effects how your silks fair.
but neither way is good obviously.

I have a heat lamp, as well as a ceiling fan and water reservoir going in the silks room ready for use as needed.
