so far it has not been too hard.

Coastal silkworms is where I got mine.

is it difficult to go from egg to worm to moth... then back to egg? i was reading up on it on mulberryfarms.com and it doesnt seem too hard except the incubator part, did you build your own or buy one? i was also thinking about it since the chams devour them!

Nah the ambient temp here is in the mid high 70's to high 80's right now. Mother nature has been my incubator. Right now I think my hatch rate is hovering about 90%, with more worms coming out.

It may be different where you are though...I am wondering if you could just get buy with Light bulb over the container to keep the temp stable...

Does anyone have an idea for do it yourself silk worm incubator?
