So I've noticed in my silkie container that there are many little things that look like spider egg sacks. Is that what this is?If so how many should I expect per sack and how would I care for them?

in with the silk worms themselves?? They have to become moths before they will lay eggs. Your silkies are probably cacooning to become moths...

oh cool!!!are these good to feed to my cham?are they hard to raise? Also, how long till they are ready to feed?

I have never looked up breeding and emerging time with them but I am sure there is someone on here willing to extend that info. I know the wax worms take up to about 2 weeks to turn into moths I would think it would be similar time....

thanx all,but from what I have read so far it talks about silkworms and the eggs.I have been corrected and told that I have moths.Does this thread go into that as well?
