silkworm moths

yes, if you can stand looking into their cute little eyes before you send them off to their deaths! OMG I feel so guilty. I just set them on a branch and walk away. I cannot look!!! I did read the other day from one of the silkworm breeders on here that they hold little nutrional value though.

Yeah, I believe it was Lady Silkworm. She said the 5th day of cocooning that they're at the peak of nutrition.

Ok sweet ....it will be something different for them to eat if my worms turn to moths ....what about super worm Beatles ive had a few of those but never fed them to my chameleons

yeah they can eat those too. My one chameleon will and the other won't. Again, not sure of their nutritional value in that stage.

Well mine usually don't last long enough for them to turn into those but if I do I guess it will be a treat...carol your cham ooks amazing ....if that's him as your avatar whitch I'm sure it is

You can feed both but the beetles are rather hard. They shouldn't be a regular thing if they will even eat them.

I agree, I don't breed the supers. Some of them escape from the container every once and awhile on my patio and morph in to the beetles. I saw one walking around the other day and put it on the screen and my chameleon ate it. It is not something I would do as a regular feeder.
