Silkworm problems

Use a watered down vinegar actually. I have found better success with that. Rinse it really well and let it completely air dry. IT shouldn't smell like it afterward, but white vinegar cleans just fine for anything the sick silkworms may be carrying and the soap can be a bit harsh with the silkies.

Oh i actually prefer that anyway. Is there a reason to dilute vinegar? I clean most things with a 6% white vinegar and don't dilute. I just let it sit for awhile and then rinse really well.

As long as it doesn't stink afterward when you are putting the new worms in, doesn't matter. ^^ I just say dilute for most people because they can be a bit weird with cleaning.
