Sires to my growing ambilobe hatchlings...

First is Yellowbelly(Pics #1&2) a CH Male ambilobe from the chameleon company. He passed away from malignant tumors in his liver less than a month ago however he has left me with 60+ eggs and I have five 3 month old babies from him, the biggest of which that just happens to be a male in already showing glimpses of his colors and they are looking very much like dad except having more orange.

Second there is MJ(Pic #3). He is sired by Honcho from the chameleon company and can be either lime green with blue bars, yellow with blue bars, or orange and red with blue bars. It is truly extraordinary to watch him change so much throughout the day. I have two clutches from him the dam for one is a daughter of anubis jr. and the dam for the other is a daughter of renoir from chams northwest. Both color combos surely will be outstanding. The eggs from both clutches have begun sweating today :) Here he is in his blue on yellow outfit.

Last but definitely not least is Pedro Juan Diego Fuego(Pics 4&5) a 14 month old male ambilobe sired by Lance Lindgrens "high red ambilobe" from his gallery on here. He goes from green or yellow with blueish red bars to completely yellow with solid red bars. Here he is in both outfits. He has one female sired by renoir 15 days gravid and two clutches from red body blue bar lineage females incubating at about 6 1/2 months right now closing in on hatch time.

Thanks for looking and enjoy!

Justin

Great looking group you have there! Sorry to hear about your cham in the first pic.:( Glad his legacyis going to live on! Could I ask how old he was? Also, how do you know that is what he died of, from a necropsy? Did he have any symptoms of this disease? Just trying to educate myself whenever I can. thanks

I had a necropsy done by a herp specialized vet close to my area. He said he had never seen so many little tumors so close together. He was nearly 3 years old and had never had a health problem til his last month when he never seemed to have his thirst quenched. I took him into the vet and the vet told me about the tumors and there was not much i could have done to prevent these or to treat them once they were noticed. They were to many in number by the time it was noticed. I mad him as comfortable that last month and let him breed with any females that would have him because i really did love his color scheme and would love one of the little males to come over very similar to him. Thanks for all the compliments. These are just 3 or my males. I have a few more that have fresh clutches but i figures these 3 were good enough to show off today. MY other males include a red body purplish blue bar ambilobe, a crazy yellow body blue bar with a white top of the head, and a younger promising male fro kaleidoscope chameleons that is sired by cherry sprite and is already showing more colors that his sire which is crazy considering cherry sprite is one of the better looking ambilobes out there at the moment. I'll post pics of them in a new thread tomorrow and maybe some pics of my CB melleri that are growing and growing and growing and eating and eating and eating. LOL!

ok thanks for the info. Sorry that you lost him. Would love to see your other pics too of the rest of your gang!

Awesome group Justin! I'm glad you were able to keep your collection in tact. I guess things worked out. Looking forward to the next set of pics. Stay warm up there in Detroit!

Thanks. Yes i was able to work things out with my new landlord to bring my collection along with me. They stayed at a friends place for a couple months but are back with me now. It's starting to get cold here in detroit but we have some good heat. lol.
