I dont think there is really anything you can do. They are too thin and fragile to set really unless you made a makeshift out of a dull toothpick and some medical tape.. ..other than that, dude is gonna have a bum leg or it will heal itself. GOod luck. Did it get aught in the door or lid of the tank? Im always paranoid about that with mine.
Is he not pulling it in all the way? Is it being drug? Really like I said, not much you can do unless you wanna try to do a makeshift yourself.. I havent dealt with this personally but I imagine the vet would look at you weird and probably do the same thing and then charge you 5.2 million dollars.. Give it a day and see if it doesnt pull back in or use it to hop. Is that during active hours?
If there is more than one in too small of an enclosure, they can try to eat eash other - legs and toes can be damaged/lost. Inadequate hydration and nutrition can lead to muscular issues.
Better pics needed. more info too, try the cham questionaire but relate it to your frogs.
I own some L.Cearulea too, but I cant tell anything from a blurry pic (except its probly a frog) and so little info.
Frog legs can actually be set by a good reptile/exotics vet.
