Skin problem

Hi guys, these last few days we noticed our Chameleon has some sort of dry scabbing on his right side and under belly.
We are stumped as to what it is and wondered if anyone knew?

We thought we would grab advice from here to see if anyone had similar problems with their Chameleon?

He's eating fine and drinking water, but my partner is raising concerns that it might be something extremely bad.

Looks kinda like he may have cut or bruised himself on something.
When my cham had to get shots, the surrounding area under his belly looked like this.
Other than that, i don’t really know what this could be!
