skinny

my jackson's gave birth last sunday - until then i thought she was of good weight and 'filled out' looking. now she seems awfully skinny - but i have nothing to compare her too since she was obviously pregnant long before i got her. should she ever have a bulging, or roundish look to her? if i look down on her she looks a lot like a snake w/legs - no change in girth from her chest to her abdomen. i feed her crix - have seen her eat a few but she doesn't like to be watched - won't eat wax or meal worms.

if indeed she is too thin how do i encourage her to eat more?

One, a picture would be nice so that we know what we are looking at in terms of size. What may look skinny to you may be ok.

Sometimes chams get bored of a specific diet. Keep offering the crix but you can also try silk worms if you have access to them. Roaches are another option but I can't do those myself...
