Sleep.

So lately I have notice that my male Veiled chameleon has been sleeping differently. My lights go off at 8PM and he seems to be going to sleep 30 minutes before that when the lights are on. I have seen on other threads that chameleons sleeping during the day is bad, and just wondering if I should do something about it.

I'm no expert, but since it's so close to when his lights go off, I wouldn't worry about it. Is there any natural light in the room? He could be forming a sleep schedule around sunrise and sunset
I have natural light in the morning, but I close my curtains when I get home from school. That might be the issue now that I think about it, thanks for the reply!
