sleeping at night ?

at night i like to watch movies and i usually have the tv, 3 other screens and led lights from my fish tank (volcano and light strip.. idk if they can see the light strip and volcano but i do know the tv gives off a good bit of light, so my question is can i put a thin sheet over the sides of the tank ? not all the sides but i have been putting a sheet over 2 and a half of the side walls and most of the top, this makes the enclosure almost completely dark.. will this be fine ? i usually put it on around 7:45 and take it off around 3 - 5 am.. i could also use a fan to circulate the air better but idk if thats a good idea ?

You can actually put a blanket all the way over the enclosure, all heating lamps and uvb bulbs need to be off at night. With the covers over the enclosure your cham should sleep well at night!

Be aware that the sense vibrations too. So you might have them covered up but if you have that surround sound subwoofer pounding it will keep them up as well.
