Sleeping, Jet lag?

Hey all, I just got in a female from Kammers. I went and picked her up at the UPS and everything seemed perfect.

When I opened her up she was beautiful, clean body, nice eyes, etc. She is a 3 1/2 month old Ambilobe panther.

Long story short I live in Florida while Kammerflage Kreations is out in California. I picked her up at 9 A.M. my time, which is 6 A.M. California time. She was awake but now has her eyes closed, she opened them when I came to open the door so she's not lights out sleeping like the usual night time sleepy.

Could this be jet lag? She looks great I'm sure she's healthy.

That's what I'm thinking, I didn't notice anything from my little guy that came from Chameleon Paradise out in Cali. I'm just going to keep an eye on her, hopefully when lights go out she'll learn the drill lol

I would shoot the kammerrs an email. Tell them what shes doing and that your going to to continue to monitor her. Best to keep them in the lop if she does have issues.

I went ahead and called Kammers just to inform them. I'll be speaking with Ed tomorrow about her genetics, so I'll make sure to bring it up.

She's STILL sleeping, I'm kind of upset We'll have to wait it out.

Ed and Liddy are great and I am sure they will make good on her if something is indeed wrong.

Yeah I know for sure they're good people, I originally bought the last female from the latest Line Drive clutch. I got a call Tuesday saying she had taken a turn for the worst and wasn't going to make it. Ended up working out another girl, sired from Falling Star.

Could have easily sent me another one and called it the same genetics, was a more expensive chameleon then the one I had to replace her with too. Which meant I even got a little bit towards the Fire Hawk female coming in from them in a few weeks when she's grown. It was so sad to hear the Line Drive girl didn't make it though, she apparently had an overnight tongue issue

It's lights out now, so hopefully she gives me an okay routine tomorrow. Like I said I'll be speaking with Ed so I'm sure it will be discussed. She it SOOOOO TINY! I didn't realize how much smaller females were
