Smaller than normal.

Hey guys I posted a couple of days ago about the same situation but dont feel completely comfortable with it. My Odie is a 4-5 month old male veiled. I have had him since Dec. 22. He just seems rather small to me than he should be at his age. He gets along just fine and seems like a very happy chameleon. The only problem is his size. Should I be worried? I use proper lighting, supplements, gutloading, and what not. Here are a few pictures so you can see for yourselves. I can see improvement in his colors he seems to be getting a little more but he just hasn't grown in size. I have a friend that owns a chameleon that is Odie's brother and he looks much more older than odie does. That is what has me concerned. He is literally no bigger than my finger from head to vent. Any help is wanted!

I also have noticed the peach fuzz on my cheek lol. I do not have facial hair the flash just made it look so.

"I also have noticed the peach fuzz on my cheek lol."

Whats with the contradictions?

Lol, YOU brought it up! I cant say if your guy is smaller than normal, as I have no veiled experience. :p

take a look at one of my very old post now he is a year and 4 months and hes HUGE like my female veiled is about 7 and a half months and she still doesnt have her adult colors and she could be a late bloomer

Some are late bloomers. Some are smaller than others. He's freaking adorable as he is. If he were mine and never got bigger, I'd be delighted.

And, digital camera flashes are evil!

Out of 19 Nosy Be that hatched last year for me, 3 of them are extra-small, I would even call them pygmy panthers. They are 1/3 the size of their siblings, yet healthy, strong, active, etc.

Probably he was just one of the eggs that missed out on some nutrients or something. I asked about it when I started to notice a few of mine were not growing, and a lot of breeders said it is normal to have some runts.

They all grow at different rates. Yes, Bodhi may be bigger than Odie. But he just had a huge growth spurt! I think if you saw him, you wouldn't see much of a difference. Plus.. have you seen his other brothers and sisters? They are the same size Bodhi was when I bought him! He was one of the bigger/longer boys. Not by much.. but he was. Don't worry. You'll turn around one day and he'll be as big as his brother!

This would be torture for them.. but wouldn't it be cute if we took them to JC Penny for a family photo? Lol! They could add their little matching names at the bottom too. How cute.. and lame.

The Jc Penney thing would be AMAZING!!! Maybe we can do something like that one day! :D Anyway, I like how small Odie is, I wish he would stay like this forever. I was just concerned as to if he was related to health issues. He is super friendly and I just LOVE him all to pieces! I think about something I can do to make him happy every second of the day. Oh how we love our chams.
