smallest subject iv ever shot - 1.4mm

this is 1.4mm....bark fly nymph..im not sure how u work out the size of it but some how lordv who is one of uks best macro photographers said this below which makes no sense to me..oh this shot was at 5X life size

measure the bug length and frame width with a ruler then real bug length =( BLM/FWM) *(22.5/M)

Beautiful. Yes, I do follow LordV's photos. I can't say much about the formula since I don't do macro work (soon to change).

You should try another challange: A springtail.
Use t0000bz and you will succeed. :p

Also, a question, do you have any focus stacked photos?

i do shoot spring tails.and i dont normally stack..i can do it but i tend not to do it.you dont need to stack to get great images..
