I'd like to take a moment to say how grateful I am for a place like this to educate proper care for Chameleons. It's nice having a place to refer back to with questions or concerns. I thought I had done enough research before purchasing my first veiled Cham and come to find out, you continue to learn every day with them! Thank you to those of you who contribute so much to this forum. It seems like there are so many newbies like myself out there who started off so wrong with basic husbandry and proper care and they were welcomed to this site and guided in the right direction to raise their Chameleons the best possible way.
After only a few short weeks of having our baby veiled, Inara, I was able to get her to come out of her cage without stressing her too much The treats were definitely a plus and she comes off a bit camera shy but it was such a great feeling and I had to share!
