There are several members heading over to my house in Simi Valley today to BBQ some grub... Enjoy some cool drinks, and just talk about chams. I tried to get an invite to everyone semi local to me... But if I missed you... and you are not doing anything... Send me a PM and I can get you some directions... we should be chillin' for most of the afternoon. As of now Dave Weldon, Chamelisa, Ryan Jarosek, and Kevin are for sure heading out. Wanna hang with some friendly cham peeps... Come on Over!!!

My better half and I were totally going to go.
Simi Valley is so far, although I have never been. If it was less than half a tank of gas, I could of made it. I was really looking forward to it, I love get togethers like this, and I am sure everyone is going to have a blast.

Hey Guys!!

It was actually a lot of fun!!! Ryan and Lisa came out... along with Dave Weldon, Elisa(Chamelisa), and Tylene(Ponders), and Robbie(Robmd1). They got to check out the setup, and we watched Chameleons of Madagscar while we chatted about Cham stuff while I BBQ'ed up some Bacon Wrapped filet minon and Lamb Shank... With Double stuffed mashed potatoes, Shrimp Ceviche for appetizer and homemade terra misu for desert... you guys missed out.

I didn't take many pics... and a few I did didn't turn out because of a couple birds that flew threw the shot I guess.

Thanks Again Guys for coming!!! I really enjoyed the company... I could have talked chams with you guys for hours more. We really need to try to get us forum people together more often outside of the meetings. I love this tightnit community of keepers Next time someone with a Pool should have the BBQ! =)

Cool part was that all of the people who came aside from Robby drove well over an hour to be here. I was flattered that this group would travel to hang out for the day and talk chams. It was really cool.

Ooooo, My taste buds feel cheated. Hotdogs and watermelon sound more like true summer foods though. I was just thinking the other day how good a couple of Dodger dogs would taste. Damm all-star break.
