I will also add that your veiled looks like she's cycling eggs.
Are you set up for her to lay them?

-Brad

YOU GUYS ARE GOOD!
i just put the place for her to lay today...ill post pics tonight....shes been really restless and digging and i know its coming.......i got my abilobe from a pet store from canada in my city...they get him from dr rex's zoo i believe its called in ottawa...thats what they said.....i payed 249 for him...i thought it was a steal and i had my eyes on him for a while....just wanted to make sure i had everything i needed to keep him healthy...i believe with this site i will never have problems!!!

i just wanted to say, i didn't like him at first take because he's a little untraditional, but upon further review he is awesome!

and 249 a steal.

good job!

how do you mean untraditional...and thanks alot....that would be wicked if they went red...i guess time will tell...around how old do there colours fully mature?

Also, just want to let people know with my experiences I have more red bars that develope into blue bars than blue bars turning into red...at least that is what I have found with many ambilobes.

ill keep trying to take better pics ...and chris could you post some more pics of ur little guys..if you dont mind..and who ever else that wants to

just beautiful....how old is he in that pic??? so mine will probably get alot more colour like that in him???

He over a year old now...so he was about 10 months in that picture. It is hard to tell, but you can get an idea of what kind of coloration they will have by their resting colors. Looking at yours, I think the dark blue will get brighter and lighten and I think your greens will get a little more vivid. Mine had a little more red on his face when he was about the age of your chameleon. Who is the sire of your?

-chris

what do u mean by the sire.....i dont know anyhting about his parents or his breeders...or really what he is...mystery

Gotcha...well it is safe to say that yours is a blue bar ambilobe...I personally think that your blues will start to get more intense as he ages. He is a good looking chameleon, the only real way to know what you are going to have is to keep him healthy and just wait :) Keep us posted with some pics, I would love to see him in about 4 to 6 months. And thanks for the complements.
