some nice pictures....

Awesome chameleons! :D I also love the outdoor setup and plan on building a greenhouse once the house is ours... this actually gave me the courage to do the same setup that you have! I live in Germany, so the temperatures here are similar, and I always wanted to have lots of lizards (well chameleons mostly) and keeping them outside was at the top of my list. This will take some years though... Perhaps my husband and I will come knocking at your door one summer to see the family

On a side note, your or your friends don't happen to take care of Ellioti, do you? I've been trying to find a reliable breeder of these little guys... will be searching for a female in the near future :p

mjaaaa im not impressed ;-)
Really nice species, I cant wait to built my own namaquensis dessert ;-) (you know I have the space jurgen) I cant wait to study namaquensis behavior in a +40m2 cage ;-) :p

Now, post some more Ch. zeylanicus pictures!!!

hi Jurgen,

I don't know how I've missed this thread for so long, but your chams and enclosures absolutely took my breath away. we really are so limited in the US as to what is available in the cham world. but looking through your photos is like looking through a wonderful photo book of cham species. except they are captive and often being held in someone's hand in your shots!! it seems otherworldly.

I have always had an incredible desire to own minor's; a gravid female just knocks my socks off. I am completely envious, I admit it!!!

looking at all of this just makes me love chameleons more and more, they are such an incredible lizard. it's really good for the soul to see so many apparently very healthy species in your home and among your friends. a big thank you for posting all of this, I cannot express enough how awestruck I am!!

Thanks for all these nice comments ,its the work of e few chameleon breeders here in EU who are working with these species for more then a decade.
If we have breeding results with rare chams i try to give an update in this thread;)(i also love the minor,i have 4 pairs for the moment and i hope to welcome many baby's near end of the year:)
